InfraHire is looking for Project Manager / Sr Project Manager in Eden Prairie, MN
- Reviewing RFPs from Owners or General Contractors.
- Generating HVAC estimate through material take-offs, labor estimation, and gathering equipment and subcontractor quotes.
- Creating proposals to explain scope and intent.
- Writing purchase orders for equipment and Subcontractors.
- Working with Foreman and installation team to fabricate and install HVAC solution while maintaining construction schedule and budget.
- Managing subcontractors for the project.
- Reviewing monthly cost reports and project billings.
- Managing construction project including site visits, coordination with trades, generating RFIs and Change Orders.
- Closing out the project by managing warranty items and closeout documents.
- Assisting with business development by building rapport with new and existing clients.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in managing commercial, institution, health care, or manufacturing HVAC projects required.
- HVAC cost estimating skills required.
- Ability to solve project challenges creatively and passionately.
- Ability to communicate complex HVAC solutions to clients with limited HVAC knowledge.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bonus offered for gross profit that exceeds $250,000 annually.
