Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all AEP and Duke Energy operations in Ohio and the Midwest
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of operational staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in a senior operational management role
- Strong understanding of the energy industry and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Residency in Ohio and willingness to travel regionally as needed
