The Client:
Our client is a leading infrastructure investment platform with significant capital resources, seeking an Associate to join their Private Credit team in New York. In this role, you will focus on energy and infrastructure, specializing in a high-yield strategy with exposure to mid-to-senior debt. This is a lean, collaborative team offering a dynamic environment where you will gain broad investment exposure across diverse projects and transactions.
About the Role:
As an Associate on the Private Credit team, responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating execution with internal and external stakeholders
- Building financial models, size debt, run sensitivities, and analyze cash flow coverages and other relevant debt metrics
- Underwrite private credit opportunities in the infrastructure and energy sector
Required Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, advisory, or buy side investing experience within the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors
- Strong excel skills and complex modeling ability
- Strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Bachelor's Degree
