What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infrastructure Capital Markets Associate position at Infrassocs?
THE CLIENT:
Our client is one of the top Asset Managers globally with over $500bn AUM. They are looking to add an Associate to their Infrastructure Capital Markets team in New York due to the deal flow in that group.
THE ROLE:
As an Infrastructure Capital Markets Associate, you will work as part of a lean team partnering with the Infrastructure Equity team assisting them with finding and structuring debt to subsidize their equity tickets. Additionally, you will partner with their portfolio companies to assist with project financing, debt structuring, and refinancing.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2-5 years of Project Finance Banking, Investment Banking, Private Credit, or Private Equity experience
- Experience with infrastructure and/or energy transactions
- Strong financial modeling experience
- Experience creating pitch decks and other marketing materials
- Must be in or willing to relocate to New York City
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
