POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources/Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent to support our company's growth and success. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing.
- Analyze market data to identify talent trends and competitive intelligence.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing strategies and processes.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate reports and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness and candidate pipeline health.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring regulations and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in recruiting or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to travel to different work sites as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
