The primary goal of IEI’s Marketing Internship Program is to allow marketing students to incorporate and apply lessons learned in the classroom to a professional corporate setting where they will develop their business, technical and communication skills. Our internship program is geared towards assisting students in developing professional skills such as communicating effectively, thinking critically, maximizing relationships, teamwork, professional networking, and an understanding of business procedures. The internship experience will provide students with the opportunity to meet professionals in Marketing and the AEC industry thereby gaining a deeper understanding of the workplace in a way that cannot be taught in a classroom. - Intern to validate and edit the contact data in Deltek under the direction of the Chicago Marketing Manager
- Intern will contact organizations and verify contact information (returns from V-Day mailing)
- Update Deltek with appropriate data entry changes
- Intern to create updated list by office and work with office staff to identify who belongs in the various campaigns.
- Assist in entering resume data into Vantagepoint.
- Assist in entering Teaming matrix data into Vantagepoint in support of report development.
- Support Social Media efforts and make recommendations.
- Participate in developing the data hygiene strategy that will be maintain post internship

Pay Range : $17 - $25 per hour
