Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level, white-glove support with a high rate of first-call resolution.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Experience with change management processes.
- Manage and deploy work applications.
- Assist with office moves and expansions (may require occasional travel to other locations).
- Remote support for other offices as needed.
- Strong IT support skills paired with exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with Cisco Meraki for basic network setup (advanced network experience not required).
- This is an on-site role.
- Occasional travel may be required to support other locations.
