JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and integration of ServiceNow solutions within our organization. This pivotal role involves collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to create robust, scalable solutions that meet both current and long-term needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations with third-party technologies, exhibit strong leadership in technical consultations, and champion innovation and quality across all projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
Solution Design and Architecture : Lead the creation of detailed technical designs that leverage ServiceNow capabilities effectively. Drive the development of thought leaders within the practice to deliver architecturally sound solutions amidst client ambiguity.
Technical Consultation and Leadership : Serve as an expert advisor, leading solutioning sessions and building bridges between disparate organizations with your technical expertise and leadership.
Integration and Automation : Innovate integration solutions that enhance data consistency and integrity across platforms. Develop and share integration standards and strategies.
Quality Assurance : Drive adherence to quality assurance best practices, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Security and Compliance : Mature security solutions to meet changing compliance requirements. Implement robust security measures to maintain secure client environments.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Lead in the creation and sharing of technical documentation, contributing to the knowledge base and promoting best practices.
Continuous Learning : Stay at the forefront of ServiceNow advancements, continuously enhancing expertise to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Required Qualifications :
10 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
Deep ServiceNow implementation experience as an architect, especially with the Integrated Risk Management module
Extensive experience across the ServiceNow platform and with integrated third-party technologies.
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and designing complex solutions.
Preferred :
Hands-on experience implementing or architecting 30 or more ServiceNow applications.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
Residency and work location must be within the United States due to federal contract requirements.
