We are a non profit seeking a dynamic and experienced Non Profit Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into its next phase of growth and success. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a healthy culture of innovation and accountability. This role requires a visionary leader who can effectively manage senior leadership teams and drive business development initiatives while maintaining financial stability.

Duties

Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s vision and goals.
Provide leadership to senior management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all departments.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure the company’s financial health.
Supervise key operational functions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization.
Engage in business development activities to identify new market opportunities and partnerships that drive growth.
Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, professional development, and high performance.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all business practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or in similar executive positions.

Strong servant leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational objectives.

Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution within a complex business environment.

Exceptional financial management skills with a solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial reporting.

Experience in supervising diverse teams and managing cross-functional initiatives effectively.

Strong background in business management with a focus on driving growth through innovative solutions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
