We provide direct payer rentals, pump and consumable sales, and biomedical services and repair, serving all 50 states and Canada. SUMMARY:
The Biller, Device Solutions will fulfill customer orders and service requests, respond to customer inquiries and provide sales support for orders.
This role is part time, with a working schedule of Tuesday - Thursday, in office hours, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm Eastern time, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Central time.
IN THIS ROLE , THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Process daily orders into invoice accurately and efficiently
- Generate packing slips for shipping & create related invoices for billing to customer
- Document customer relevant notes in applicable system as applicable
- Work directly with shipping & receiving to ensure proper processing of customer requests
- Work and respond with ongoing daily QA Requests and any audit requests
- Verify billing data and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Communicate with internal/external customers any billing inquiries and discrepancies
- Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one year to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or Medi-Mizer Equipment Management System a plus but not required.
