Summary
The Customer Care Rep will be responsible for supporting the needs of our sales team as well as our customer needs.
In This Role, The Ideal Candidate Will
- Provide support to the Sales Team
- Collaborate with the sales rep in order to provide customers with quotes and answer general inquiries.
- Run weekly reports for each territory
- Build and maintain relationships with customer to promote loyalty.
- On-board new customers
- Work internally with different departments, daily, to help process customer needs.
- Assist in the monitoring of past due accounts
- Log detailed Customer specific information into CRM
- Offer excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of account specific requirements.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications
- Minimum completion of High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum 6 months of previous experience within sales preferred
- Associate degree (A.A.) OR equivalent OR technical school preferred, but not required
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with considerable tact and diplomacy
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and be detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
