Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IICS Lead with 12 years of expertise in Informatica Cloud Data Quality, Data Integration, and Data Profiling. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of data quality solutions, oversee data integration across multiple platforms, and ensure high standards of data accuracy and consistency. This is a hybrid role, requiring day-shift work with no travel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Quality & Integration Leadership
Lead the design and implementation of data quality solutions using Infa Cloud Data Quality and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
Oversee the integration of data across various platforms using Infa Cloud Data Integration.
Conduct data profiling and analysis using Infa Cloud Data Profiling.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and standardization using Informatica Analyst.
Implement address verification solutions leveraging Infa Cloud Address Verification and Informatica Address Doctor.
2. Data Quality Management
Establish data quality standards and ensure they are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular data quality assessments and recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues efficiently.
Develop and maintain documentation for data quality processes and best practices.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
Provide expertise to business teams, analysts, and IT stakeholders on data quality best practices.
Communicate complex data integration and quality concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Team Mentorship & Training
Mentor and guide junior team members in data quality best practices.
Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops on Informatica Cloud tools.
5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data quality, data integration, and Informatica technologies.
Identify opportunities to enhance automation, optimize workflows, and improve data governance.
Proactively identify new tools, frameworks, and best practices for data quality improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
12 years of experience in data quality and integration.
Expertise in Infa Cloud Data Quality and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
Proficiency in Infa Cloud Data Integration and Infa Cloud Data Profiling.
Hands-on experience with Informatica Analyst and Informatica Address Doctor.
Strong SQL skills for data profiling, validation, and transformation.
Experience in data governance, master data management (MDM), and compliance.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality data solutions in a hybrid work model.
