Job Details
Role: Sr./Lead System Analyst
Location: Sacramento or Folsom, CA(Onsite)
Duration: 12 months
A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent education, training or experience in Information Technology, Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Years of Experience
- Equivalent years of education and training, plus five (7) or more years related experience.
Type of Experience
Analyzing business requirements and translating them to System specifications.
Creating use cases, preparing test plans and executing traceable software testing.
Data architecture experience.
Customer service and/or project management experience a plus.
Energy/Utility industry experience is a plus.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
Certifications
Business process modeling, requirements management and product management certifications, and/or other relevant technical certifications such as CBAP, CSQE, CSQA are desirable.
Experience in following tools and technologies is strongly desired
- System Requirement Tools : Atlassian( JIRA, Confluence), JAMA, Visio, Microsoft Office
- Testing Tools : HP ALM, Cucumber/Gherkin (BDD)
- Databases : SQL, TOAD
- Web Service Testing Tools (SOAP UI, Postman)
