We’d love to hear from you. About the position: This role requires an experienced fixed income settlement professional with managerial skills. The incumbent should have a strong understanding of FED and DTCC Markets as well as the current working knowledge of industry initiatives impacting the fixed income industry. About the department: Settlement operations consist of two teams (Repo and DTC) providing clearance support for multiple desks under both ING Financial Markets LLC and ING Capital Markets LLC and ING Capital LLC. The teams oversee various fixed income products via FED and DTCC consisting of but not limited to Bilateral / Tri Party / Sponsored / Cash / Commercial Paper while remaining FINRA compliant. Responsibilities: Manage settlement teams providing coverage for various fixed income products across multiple trading desks and affiliates. Lead for both internal and external audits (SOX, ORM and KPMG) Ensure the firm remains compliant with all regulating policies. Participate in new business initiatives (developing, testing, enhancements, etc.) Ensure staff adheres to written procedures for departmental functions. Qualifications and Competencies 7 years of experience with Bi-lateral / Triparty / Sponsored repo settlements Supervisory experience required. FINRA certification: Series 99 required / Series 7 desirable. Strong reconciliation skillset Communicate effectively/efficiently with trading desk.
