As a Patient Financial Representative,your challenge is to generate a memorable experience for our patients, through personalized attention and comprehensive advice on our services, making a bond with the patient.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized attention to our patients by phone, and face to face
- Submit and present financial proposals
- Empathetically and effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns or any upcoming situation with the patients
- Financial follow-up and assistance to patients in order to process their payments properly
- Accompany in the complete patient experience: Ensure process, validation and monitoring of documentation and administrative issues
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeframe

- Proficient computer skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English are required and will be tested
