As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team and support our clients through every step of the tax relief process.

Position Overview :

The Case Manager will play a key role in managing client cases, ensuring seamless communication between clients and the tax relief team, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the tax relief process.
  • Manage and track client cases from initial consultation to resolution, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to update them on their case status and next steps.
  • Collaborate with tax professionals and other team members to ensure accurate and timely preparation of documents and filings.
  • Review financial documents and tax records to assess client needs and create customized plans for tax resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and organized case files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with IRS guidelines.
  • Assist with research and analysis of client tax issues, providing support for tax negotiations and settlements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support ongoing client education regarding tax relief programs and processes.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a case management, customer service, or administrative role (experience in tax or finance-related fields is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases at once.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping people achieve financial relief.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in tax resolution, accounting, or legal case management.
  • Knowledge of IRS processes and tax relief programs is a plus but not required.
