Specific Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to meet customer and company requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
- Monitor work progress and adjust schedules to address delays, capacity constraints, or changes in priorities.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and engineering teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and improve efficiency.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to track work orders, inventory levels, and production timelines.
- Generate reports and key performance metrics related to production efficiency, on-time delivery, and capacity utilization.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to streamline scheduling and production.
- Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant departments to maintain alignment across teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- All other duties as assigned by manager.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field such as Industrial Engineering.
- 3 years’ experience in production planning and scheduling.
- Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. Citizen Only (No dual citizenship).
- Background in manufacturing techniques (Lean, Visual Management, Theory of Constraints, 5S/6S, Six Sigma).
- Experience in the aerospace industry and knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and industry standards (e.g., AS9100, FAA regulations)
- Hands-on experience in prototype or production floor environments.
- Ability to read drawings and understand multi-level Bills of Material (BOM’s).

- The office and assembly floor environments are considered normal. Temperature and noise levels in the plant may require regular use of personal protective equipment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the candidate is frequently required to talk, hear, and use hands to type on keyboard. Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- The candidate must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
