- Manage both outside and inside sales for all equipment and parts.
- Outside sales to deliver equipment with a company vehicle.
- Analyze sales statistics to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
- Cultivate and establish new partnerships with prospective clients.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field in construction equipment is a plus but not necessary for the right candidate.
- Capable of multitasking and working independently
- Proficient with CRM platforms
