What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Architect position at Ingenium Talent?
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and planning for a broad range of landscape architecture projects, including private land development, multi-family residential, mixed-use developments, commercial and industrial properties, local and state government facilities, universities, K-12 schools, parks and recreational areas, athletic facilities, and urban streetscapes.
- Produce high-quality design visuals using industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lumion, and others.
- Prepare clear and concise written documents, including design narratives, technical specifications, meeting minutes, site observations, and permit applications.
- Communicate design intent effectively to clients, colleagues, contractors, and at public meetings through strong verbal and presentation skills.
- Manage various project phases, from master planning, programming, and schematic design to design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration.
- Prepare cost estimates for projects and oversee construction inspections related to landscape architecture scope.
