We have partnered with a closed-door specialty pharmacy in Louisville, KY to help them identify Pharmacists who will have management oversight to help them identify Pharmacists who will have management oversight for their medication management activities. This position will give you the opportunity to work onsite for a high growth organization on a Monday – Friday schedule. If you are licensed in the state of Kentucky or Indiana, this might be the right opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role you would have oversight of the medical management activities. You would provide comprehensive medication screening and dispensing services. You would be responsible for coordinating specialty pharmacy policy concerning medication patient care and provide clinical medication information to meet the needs of the patience and their healthcare team. Finally, you will get to help manage the Pharmacy Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Pharm D or BS, Pharmacy
- 2 years of Pharmacist experience
- Understanding of drug-drug, drug-disease, and drug-food interaction and allergies
- Clinical monitoring experience
- Strong understanding of regimens, products, medication, and pumps and supplies
- Strong customer service skills
