Job Title : Campus Leader / Supervision Schedule : 32.5 hrs / week min.
Job Type : Full-Time, 11-months FLSA Status : Non-exempt
Reports to : Principal Pay : $20.00 / hour, starting; Salary Schedule
Special : May require some weekend work, nights
or early mornings

POSITION SUMMARY :
The Campus Leader supervises and supports students before, during, or after school, as needed. The Campus Leader uses positive language with students, ensures student safety, and treats all students with warmth and respect. The Campus Leader will help with all other school responsibilities as needed, including but not limited to : office support, support with events and student recruitment, and assisting teachers in the classroom.

Majority of duties performed outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust, wind, etc.). Some exposure to childhood and other diseases. Exposure to moderate and loud campus noise and seasonal temperatures.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Campus Leaders are physically active and must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and run at least 100 yards. In addition, this job requires at least 1 hour of sitting and potentially 5 hours of continuous standing, walking, and / or monitoring outdoors in minimal shade, stooping, crouching, kneeling, squatting, and twisting. Campus Leaders must have adequate vision and the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
