Position Overview :
The Plumbing Designer II at Ingenuity Engineers is a member of the Plumbing Design team. Plumbing Designer II works under the supervision of the Project Engineer and Project Manager to develop plumbing design documents. These documents are primarily intended for use in producing drawings necessary for the plumbing permit of facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create complete plumbing permit documents with minimal direct supervision.
- Produce documents in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Produce basic calculations needed to support the plumbing design.
- Research codes and standards to help implementation within the plumbing design.
- Work under direct supervision of the Project Engineers, Project Managers, Architects, and other disciplines during the project to accurately implement direction and coordination.
- Coordinate with team members
- Provide input to help improve efficiency and quality.
- Travel to jobsites as needed to resolve any challenges.
- Take personal ownership of the work produced.
