We are looking for an outstanding experienced School Social Worker to join our school. As a member of the Ingenuity Prep Student & Family Support Team, the School Social Worker will support students and families, empower teachers, and serve as a critical partner in ensuring that students have the services they need to be successful both academically and socially/emotionally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The School Social Worker will:

• Provide effective individual and group services to students - including special education services - that emphasize improved academic and social-emotional outcomes.
• Identify students in need of counseling and social services.
• Conduct FBAs and Social History reports; develop, monitor, review and modify behavior intervention plans
• Support identification of students in need of counseling and social services.
• In collaboration with the school's instructional leadership, empower teachers and staff by providing them with behavioral strategy support, professional development, and supporting resources; provide support for coordinating special education services.
• Provide consultation to the Director of Student Support on Ingenuity Prep's social and emotional learning curriculum; provide consultation on the school's character development program.
• Work to ensure that Ingenuity Prep's attendance monitoring and interventions are highly effective.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Possess a thorough understanding of and abide by the profession's Code of Ethics.

Salary: $71,910 - $89,806 (commensurate with 1-10 years of experience)
