Product Designer – Fintech Innovation
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM

What You’ll Do
- User Research & Testing: Advocate for the user by conducting research, usability testing, and persona development.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Information Architecture: Structure complex financial data into clear, intuitive navigation systems.
- Visual Design: Develop cohesive, on-brand UI elements, including typography, color palettes, and iconography.
- Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure designs align with industry accessibility standards and financial sector regulations.
- Iteration & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and user analysis to refine designs for continuous improvement.
- Documentation & Communication: Create style guides and articulate design solutions to cross-functional teams.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of product design experience (B2B enterprise software preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience with design systems and familiarity with front-end development concepts.
Preferred Experience:
- Working in an Agile/SCRUM setting.
- Experience with Jira, Microsoft DevOps, Rally, etc.
- Knowledge of fintech and the retirement services industry is a plus.
