Job Description
The Contracts and Pricing Associate will be responsible for analyzing pricing and contract-related information, provide administrative support to the Contracts Lead, and play an active role in achieving target market share and revenue goals.
Major Areas of Responsibility
· Support the Pricing Lead in the development of cost proposals, setting up simple Excel formatting/formulas, or collecting required forms/documentation
· Create product proposals and complete RFP bid templates
· Analyze market data (collecting, storing, and analyzing market data)
· Maintain customer supply agreements (reviewing, maintaining, and referencing customer supply agreements to ensure compliance)
· Assist with product launches by gathering, verifying, and submitting required product information
· Responsible for the implementation of contract price loads and termination/end dates in SAP
· Create and maintain rebates in SAP as part of award sign offs
· Communicate all price changes to wholesalers to ensure proper loading of contracts, memberships, and pricing
· Assists Customer Service and Chargeback Team with researching and resolving pricing discrepancies
· Maintain pricing and contracts matrices, and maintain current award status data
· Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly customer sales reports
· Participate in special projects as needed
· Initiate and carry out improvements to make contracts and pricing operations more efficient and effective
· Understand industry standards, Ingenus policies, processes and business standards
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Analytical with keen attention to detail
· Strong ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
· Ability to facilitate resolution of client issues
· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and all levels of the organization
· Work independently while effectively communicating and coordinating work efforts with others
· Proactive mindset to address potential issues early
· Proficient in Microsoft applications
· Experience in SAP preferred
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Experience in Contracts and Pricing or pharmaceutical industry preferred

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
