Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
- Respond to work orders and complete repairs as required in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all property grounds and buildings are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
