The Regional Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within a portfolio of properties. This includes onboarding, training, mentoring and coaching Maintenance Supervisors, assisting maintenance team members in performing complex repairs, troubleshooting, carrying out preventative maintenance, maintaining and improving the condition of property grounds and buildings, and the timely completion of work orders.
This position requires traveling to multiple locations throughout Pennsylvania, including :

- East Greenville, Pa
- Coatesville, Pa
- East Hempfield, Pa
- Mountville, Pa
- Souderton, Pa
- Lancaster, Pa
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High school diploma (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Minimum of seven years of maintenance or construction experienceSix years of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician is preferredMinimum of five years supervising 3 - 4 staff members, including advanced leadership trainingUses available resources to meet deadlinesHVAC certification is requiredEPA certification is requiredKnowledge of OSHA rules and regulationsMust be able to work a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidaysRequires the ability to read, speak and comprehend the English languageProficiency in performing plumbing, electric and machinery repairAbility to follow direction and work independentlyAdvanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, action-oriented environmentRequirements
