Ingersoll Auto of Danbury is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales support and enhancing customer relationships within our automotive dealership.

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide sales support and address inquiries
  • Utilize software systems for inventory control and customer relationship management
  • Handling a heavy amount of inbound / outbound phone calls / emails and texts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to help generate business

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or dealership environment preferred but not required
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Strong problem-solving skills
