Job Overview :
Are you a skilled machinist with a passion for precision and innovation. At Ingersoll Rand, we are seeking a talented and dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities :
- Follow Standard Work for machine setup, running parts, and preventative maintenance.
- Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations or operate additional equipment.
- Update and maintain visual controls.
- Support countermeasures and engage in SMED, Kaizen events, and '5 Whys' problem-solving.
- Operate and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Identify and report equipment abnormalities.
- Adhere to company safety procedures and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
