- Lead a team of machinists and provide guidance, training, and support.
- Solve production challenges and track metrics of productivity and quality.
- Address personnel matters and disciplinary issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years' experience in manufacturing supervisor/lead role, preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' operating equipment within a machine shop including CNC milling, turning machines, and conventional lathes and mills.
