About the Role:
As part of our team, your main task will involve operating and managing CNC machines, ensuring the calibration and functionality of tools meet precise standards of quality. You will participate in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting to achieve optimal runs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master set-up and operation on machines, ensuring tooling and gauging align with specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, while recording daily production activities.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and collaborate with engineering experts for solutions.
- Engage in proactive safety measures and regular maintenance tasks.
- Report deviations and maintain precise records for all production processes.
- Continuously seek skill improvement through training and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with CNC machinery in manufacturing.
- Capable of interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Physical ability to manage tools and machinery.
