The Ingersoll Rand Industrials Segment is seeking a marketing specialist to execute digital marketing initiatives for our blower and transport brands in North America.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate solutions to end users in respective vertical markets, and have ownership of developing new content marketing activities to support overall demand generation strategies. The position is part of our Global Demand Generation team, supporting the Americas region and reporting directly to the Manager of Demand Generation, Blower/Transport. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with marketers across the globe, while aligning closely with the brand’s commercial and operational teams in the Americas region. Fluency in languages including Spanish or Portuguese are a bonus but not required.

Campaign Management
- Execution of Integrated Campaigns: Develop, execute, and analyze integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Utilize voice of customer and market research to drive customer focused messaging
- Effectively integrate campaign elements into overall demand generation and digital marketing strategies and standard work
- Executes marketing campaigns using Eloqua in coordination with central demand generation team
- Implement and analyze A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and messaging effectiveness
- Proficient in remarketing, lead nurturing and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage and convert prospects at different stages of the buyer's journey.
- Social Media: ownership of brand social media properties, strategy, content and posting schedule.
- Vertical Market Persona and Segmentation: Understanding of market segmentation and size for key verticals including wastewater, chemical, pharmaceutical, and general industrial, establishes criteria to build database of customers and prospects, persona development, and defines customer journey
- Develop and maintain a multimedia content calendar that aligns with demand generation and campaign strategies.
- Identify opportunities to develop content in partnership with sales channel partners and vertical market managers.
- Project management of content creation in partnership with the central demand generation team. Draft/create content as required including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, infographics etc.
- Project management of video, enhanced product images/renderings, and solution focused product content in partnership with central demand generation team and agency partners.
- Drive creative imagery and brand elements in alignment with global brand standards. Identify needs for enhanced product images and project manage development and work with agency partners to develop on time and within budget.
- Track content performance and adjust strategies based on metrics like engagement, traffic, and lead conversions.
- Support regional SEO strategy and optimize content to improve rank for selected keywords
- Work closely with the central web development, search engine optimization and advertising teams to deploy best practices that increase web traffic to increase leads
- Deploy best practice lead management process with commercial teams, and partner to deliver profitable growth to the business
- Translate available dashboards and reports into meaningful insights the team can take specific action on to optimize performance of marketing programs
- Serve as subject matter expert for analyzing trends and identifying opportunities to further optimize program performance
- Coordination of regional tradeshows, webinars, and events
- Regional alignment with global brand and graphic standards
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing preferably in an industrial, B2B company
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering OR 5 years experience with less education.
- 1 years experience with end to end marketing campaign approaches (email, social, PR, webinars, etc)
- 1 years experience in Eloqua or similar marketing automation platform.
- 1 years Salesforce or similar CRM.
- 3 years PC proficient to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Results oriented and competitive natured.
- Strong problem solving skills with a solutions-driven mindset driven by analytics.
- Strong project management skills. Ability to work projects from start to finish – identify opportunities and drive execution.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of integrated marketing principles/concepts, customer segmentation and buying journey.
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization and work across other functional peers, other SBUs, and global peers.
- Demonstrate strong verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence in a collaborative environment.
- Creative, curious and energetic personality willing to assume multi-dimensional role and desire to learn new products and markets.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
