You will formulate business strategies and implement plans to grow overall sales revenue and market share within the region.

Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, & develop sales team.
- Effectively recruit team members.
- Manage assigned channel partners/customers to drive results.
- Meet or exceed team targets identified to drive revenue growth.
- Develop & maintain high level contact network at distributors/customers.
- Partner with marketing on demand generation activities for adequate pipeline.
- Utilize all standard work tools/CRM for documentation and follow up.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution
- 7 years’ experience in an industrial sales and service environment
- 2 years’ experience in a managerial role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; telephone and written
- Ability to communicate in a technical matter
- Prefer experience with Grainger
