Your Role as an Industrial Equipment Technician:
You’ll be responsible for maintaining machinery by lubricating and swapping parts when necessary, playing a crucial role in our preventive maintenance schedule designed to achieve optimal machine performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skilled at installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC machines, as well as electrical systems, and fluid power equipment.
- Proficient in disassembling machines for repair, using a variety of tools and lifting equipment.
- Adept in starting machines to evaluate efficiency and detect issues—adjusting controls for smooth operation is second nature.
- Capable of performing tests on damaged machine components, transporting parts using dollies or hoists, and meticulously recording maintenance activities.
- Thorough in cleaning and lubricating machines, applying appropriate materials to ensure long-lasting assembly integrity.
- Collaboration with peers and interpreting work orders are essentials that you manage with ease.
Your Toolkit Includes:
- High School Diploma or GED with 5 years in Maintenance Technician roles.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, electrical/mechanical maintenance, and working knowledge of safety practices.
- Experience with tools ranging from drills and saws to forklifts and welding equipment.
This role offers a competitive hourly range of $30-$35, with no travel required. It's a full-time commitment at our West Chester, PA site.
