Compensation: $19 - $21 per hour, varies with experience

Role Breakdown
- Assembly Mastery: You'll be performing assembly of components using clear instructions, working with tools such as screwdrivers and drills, and adjusting to any changes in processes to ensure seamless production.
- Quality Champion: Thoroughly inspect all assemblies ensuring our exacting standards are met, troubleshoot any issues, and collaborate to rectify them swiftly.
- Inventory Wizardry: Monitor and manage materials required for assembly, avoiding shortages and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Commitment to Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the usage of PPE, and report any potential hazards immediately.
- Training and Growth: Engage in continual training opportunities to hone your skills and expand your product knowledge.
What We Expect
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in fast-paced assembly operations
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Able to operate a range of tools and machinery confidently
Tech Proficiency
Familiarity with technologies such as Injection Molding Machine, Band Saw, and more is expected.
