Job Overview:
Spearhead a strategic manufacturing plant for Ingersoll-Rand products. Oversee a team of managers and all aspects of the manufacturing facility. The Plant Director is responsible for the achievement of annual budget developed through continuous improvement and successfully launching new products for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, lead & develop plant management roles
- Effectively recruit talented team members
- Have an impactful leadership presence on the shop floor
- Ensure operations are conducted in a safe and regulatory compliant manner
- Drive results with continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution
- MBA highly preferred
- 2 years of experience in a plant management role
- 7 years of experience in a managerial role
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent data analytics skillset
- Proficient windows computer application skills

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:
This will be a fully site-based position with minimal travel (<10% for supplier & business meetings)
The pay range for this role is $170,000-$210,000, excluding incentive opportunities. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
