Your Role

As a Precision CNC Technician, you're at the helm of CNC mills, lathes, and saws, meticulously crafting metal components to exceptionally high standards. Mastery of machining methods, blueprint interpretation, and maintaining stringent quality control are pivotal to your success. You'll strike a balance between autonomous work and team collaboration, all while ensuring adherence to established protocols.

What You'll Do

• Adroitly operate CNC mills, lathes, and saws to manufacture components with precision.
• Decode blueprints and schematics to sculpt sophisticated parts.
• Calibrate and control machinery efficiently, minimizing downtime.
• Measure, assess, and verify using instruments like calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain documentation reflecting production and inspection activities.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and resolve minor issues.
• Champion safety protocols and maintain organized work environments following 5S methodologies.

Are You the Right Fit?

• CNC machinery experience of 2 years in a production setting.
• Proficient in blueprint, caliper, and micrometer interpretation for over 2 years.
• Solid comprehension of shop math and core machining doctrines.
• At least one year in part finishing with a keen eye for quality.
• Innovative problem-solving capabilities.
• Mechanical skills paired with organizational flair and nimbleness in fast-paced settings.
