Role Overview

With SEEPEX Inc., an Ingersoll Rand company esteemed in the progressive cavity pumps industry, you will be a vital part of the Stator Production Department. Engage with innovative production methods in a role that requires flexibility in work patterns.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing mold assemblies, filling, curing, finishing parts, and handling materials
• Operating machinery such as extruding equipment, presses, autoclaves, and cranes
• Maintaining cleanliness and care of production tools and machinery
• Occasional forklift operation

Qualifications Needed:

• Completion of high school or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting

Core Skills:

• Basic math and material calculation proficiency
• Effective communication and interaction skills across all company levels
• Adaptability to schedule changes and a brisk environment
• Physical ability to handle weight, withstand diverse temperatures, and maintain prolonged activity

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with rubber/plastic injection molding and extrusion machinery

Other Skills and Experience:

• Proficient plumbing and facilities maintenance
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and assembly skills
• Tool/die/mold repair and setup expertise
• Basic computer proficiency

Equipment Proficiency:

• Experience with corrugated cutting, cold heading, die casting (hot/cold chamber), blow molding, cylindric and ID grinding machines
