What you need to succeed:

· PhD in chemistry, polymer or material science or related field with experience in surface science or interfacial sciences or combination of education. Formulations/product development experience in the agrochemicals is preferred, but not a must.

· Familiar with surface and colloidal chemistry.

· Proficient in analytical techniques such as spectroscopy (NMR, FTIR, UV-Vis), chromatography (HPLC, GC-MS), and related laboratory instrumentation.

· Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as EPA, REACH, or USDA regulations.

· Desirable but not mandatory experience in the development of products and scale-up from lab to pilot-scale production.

· Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and an ability to work across skill levels to effectively communicate and champion value of the work.

· An ability to work on cross-functional and international teams and adapt well to change in a complex corporate and market environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
