The Plant Operator is responsible for the execution of basic production in the Thermo Plastic and/or Paint Department.
Here is how you will make an impact:
- Understand and execute production including and not limited to the podium, cat walk, bagging, cutting, wrapping, mixing and filling line operations
- Operate respective machinery according to the operations manual, best practices and directions provided
- Execute proper settings, calibrations, troubleshooting, maintenance, quality and production output of the equipment
- Comply with all company policies and guidelines
- Assist in maintaining a safe environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lead or Plant Manager
Here is what you will need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to following verbal and written directions
- Ability to earn forklift certification
- Ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs.; Stand up to 11 hours daily
- Frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration
- This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. The successful candidate must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship to work in the US
- This role is not eligible for relocation assistance
