Under the direction of the Executive Director, Information Technology Services and Executive Director, Student Instructional Services in accordance with the established policies and procedures of Ingham Intermediate School District, the Director is responsible for assisting in the daily operation and supervision of systems, services and staff for Ingham ISD and its partner districts in order to facilitate the achievement of teaching, learning, and operational goals.

About The Role
Under the direction of the Executive Director, Information Technology Services and Executive Director, Student Instructional Services in accordance with the established policies and procedures of Ingham Intermediate School District, the Director is responsible for assisting in the daily operation and supervision of systems, services and staff for Ingham ISD and its partner districts in order to facilitate the achievement of teaching, learning, and operational goals.
- Assists in planning and implementing instructional and operational technology that supports and advances the strategic goals of Ingham ISD, and our partner districts.
- Oversees resources for Ingham ISD, and partner districts.
- Directs, mentors, coaches, manages, and supervises staff. Determines staff training and development needs and oversees the development and delivery of opportunities and experiences which enable staff to maintain and enhance skills and capacities to serve.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field required with emphasis in management, administration, school leadership, or information technology preferred. Master degree preferred.
- Three to five years of progressively more responsible experience in leadership, supervision and management preferred.
- Three to five years of experience supporting general and special education preferred.
