About The Role
Under the general direction of the administrator and working in collaboration with Special Education Administrators, Ingham ISD staff and constituent district personnel, this position shall be responsible for coordinating compliance activities of the Medicaid School Services Program to ensure policies, procedures and timelines are followed by all constituent districts which includes but is not limited to analyzing monthly billing reports, performing monthly audits of staff provider records and providing enhanced communication and training to all stakeholders related to the Medicaid School Services Program.

About The Role
Under the general direction of the administrator and working in collaboration with Special Education Administrators, Ingham ISD staff and constituent district personnel, this position shall be responsible for coordinating compliance activities of the Medicaid School Services Program to ensure policies, procedures and timelines are followed by all constituent districts which includes but is not limited to analyzing monthly billing reports, performing monthly audits of staff provider records and providing enhanced communication and training to all stakeholders related to the Medicaid School Services Program.
- Serves as primary point of contact for the Medicaid program with Ingham ISD staff, constituent districts, and other agencies/providers for information requests and questions.
- Develops and updates process documentation and training tools and provides training on identifying, documenting and processing information related to Medicaid service logging for constituent districts and Ingham ISD staff.
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recent and relevant work experience; accounting preferred.
- Minimum of two to four years of recent and relevant experience in accounting related position.
- Demonstrates ability to learn, understand, interpret, apply and convey complex rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
