What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Repack Order Selector position at Ingles Markets?
Ingles Markets is looking for a Repack Order Selector for its Distribution Center located in Black Mountain, NC. As a Repack Order Selector, you will:
- Select and fill general merchandise orders from stores.
- Ensure all items are properly and securely placed in totes.
- Replenish selection racks as directed by the handheld warehouse management system.
- Unload totes from conveyor belts and place them on correct pallet for shipping.

Compensation Information:
- Pay starting at $18.60/hr.
- Multiple shifts - Department and shift differential may apply.
- Start earning Paid Time Off day 1 (FT).
- Weekly pay with direct deposit.

Employment Requirements:
- Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
- Must pass an E-Verify Screening.
Physical Requirements:
- Varied warehouse environments.
- Extensive standing.
- Constant lifting of cases to be placed on pallets with some heavier cases weighing up to 75lbs.
Experience
- Will train the right candidate.
- Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
- Must be willing to learn and pay attention to detail.
