What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse/Medical Assistant position at Ingleside Medical Associates?
Full time or Part Time LPN, RN, or MA position for a busy Family Practice.
Must be flexible to accommodate Monday to Friday hours, and an occasional Saturday morning.
Ability to work well with and show respect toward co-workers, physicians, patients and their family members.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with other staff and patients
We are a very fast-paced working environment, but also very family-oriented.
LPN, RN, and MA resumes accepted. Must be registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Electronic Medical Records experience preferred. Must be skilled in computer usage
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Utilize EMR systems to accurately document patient information and treatment plans.
- Perform patient assessments to identify health needs and develop care plans.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Stay updated on nursing best practices and participate in ongoing training and education.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy in all interactions with patients and their families.

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
