- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and efficiently operate phone systems
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Proofread documents for errors and completeness
- Quickbooks experience
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Assist with scheduling and managing calendars
Experience:
The successful candidate should have:
- Prior animal experience
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with personal assistant duties is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
