Location: 2600 Belmont Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19131
Your Impact
Inglis enables people with disabilities – and those who care for them – to achieve their goals and live life to the fullest. The primary purpose of your job position is to provide clerical support at the nursing station important to the life in the neighborhood. The support you provide includes telephone communications, typing, data entry, chart management, scheduling of personnel and requisitioning of medical supplies.
As the Neighborhood Coordinator, you are responsible for scheduling EKGs, X-rays, and ultrasounds as well as remind residents of their scheduled specialists and physician appointments. You are required to manage all resident’s charts and appointments while ensuring all documentation is included. This role is responsible for preparing medical record packets for residents to take to their appointments. The NH Coordinator must communicate and coordinate appointments with residents, clinical staff, and residents and process reports as needed.
What We're Looking For
High school graduate or equivalent required. Has a genuine interest in working with physically challenged adults. Demonstrates understanding and endorsement of Inglis’ Mission, Vision, Standards of Excellence, LIST ONE and Person First Values. Pay Rate for this Role: $19-22/ hour
