Your Impact
The Property Manager Assistant is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with all phases of the operation of a
property. The Property Manager Assistant has the primary responsibility of providing administrative and clerical support to the Property Manager and to provide assistance to and interact with residents, caregivers, vendors and maintenance staff. The position requires compliance with funding and fair housing regulatory agencies. All essential job responsibilities will be executed in accordance with Inglis Administrative policies and compliance/ethics guidelines.

What You'll Do
Supports the day-to-day functions of the department
- Adhere to all IHC Policies and directives including those found in the Operations and Procedures Manual
- Assist with preparation and processing of leases and associated state and local addendums in accordance with
- Assist with rent collection and processing of payments
- Assist with maintenance of wait lists and annual purging
- Assist with application processing, marketing, and evictions as needed
- Assist with the recertification process
- Must travel between sites
- Process phone inquiries as needed
- Type correspondence as requested
- Maintain calendar schedules daily
- Order office supplies as needed
- Maintain electronic and manual files
- Submit monthly expense reports
- Submit weekly billing
- Assist with preparing project compliance and property management reports as required
- Collate supportive documentation
- Maintain Inglis CCSU database daily.
- Paperwork is approvable
- Coordinate quarterly resident meetings including but not limited to providing minutes, agenda, and snacks
- Required- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of Property Management Administrative Support in an affordable setting
- Strong computer skills including, MS Word and Excel.
- Must be familiar with YARDI software
- Must have working personal vehicle that is currently registered and insured
- Individual must be an employee champion by developing employee and organizational relationships and understands values and promotes diversity.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrate the ability to understand, interpret and uphold Inglis policies.
- Ability to interface and communicate effectively with leaders and all other functions in the Company. Excellent written and presentation skills
