Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Vessel Operations Specialist to join our team in Burnside and Darrow, Louisiana. As a Crew Boat Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally compliant operation of assigned vessels and areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Navigate and operate vessels to and from shorelines while transporting crew, company personnel, VIP guests, vendors, and supplies.
- Transport crew at the beginning and end of shifts, as well as make additional runs for materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain safety during rough or rocking seas.
Key Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of Ingram's values and commitment to upholding high safety standards.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and respond quickly in unexpected situations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Certifications
- US Coast Guard 100-ton License with FCC Radio Permit, TWIC, and Valid DL.
- Ability to read and write English to comply with USCG regulatory requirements.
- Commitment to work safely and follow all safety policies.
