We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Sales to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our Library Services division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies and initiatives that maximize revenue and margin for the company.
Your primary focus will be on growing existing revenue streams and creating new ones. You will lead the sales organization to grow Ingram's market share and ensure sales goals are achieved. In collaboration with our leadership team, you will define the strategic direction and execution of Library Services' global growth initiatives, focusing on those that have potential for cross-company impact.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, writing business plans, sales management, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also have strong negotiation skills, solid presentation skills, and excellent communication skills.
