Key Responsibilities

As the General Sales Manager , you will :

Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Manage Vendor relationships for the best deal and service to the dealership.
Advertising to entice prospects to purchase vehicles.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
Coach and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills, ensuring outstanding customer service.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer journey.
Stay informed about market trends , dealership inventory, and manufacturer programs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or higher-level leadership role in the automotive industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM systems and dealership software.

Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
